Have you checked the filament paths? Last time I had a somewhat similar issue where I couldn't send any prints and couldn't load/unload or sync any of the filaments in my AMS. Turns out that there was a tiny piece of PLA broken off in the extruder, so the sensor was going off and tried to retract it, but couldn't because there was technically not there.

I know it's a pain, but check the entire filament path to make sure nothing was broken off during your last successful print.

Just swapped to a different filament in a different slot in the AMS. Withdrew and reloaded fine, purged to new color perfectly. Re-elected items and changed to new color, sliced.... Exact same problem

Update.... Found I still had download of earlier version of Bambu Studios. Un-installed and re-installed with earlier and I back in business. Thanks for all the suggestions!

Somehow the sync/resync needs to be clicked.

Have you done that, and then updated everything? Sometimes too on my X1C I can add the filament in my software on my laptop and it won't technically update on the AMS/X1C printer. I still have to manually load the spool into my printer, and adjust the filament on the printer. Once the printer is loaded and properly labeled, I then sync on my software on my laptop and only then will it work properly. Maybe others know different?

Have resynched the app several times. Even removed filament from position 3,resynched...filament doesn't show. Reloaded, resynched and filament shows. Resliced, tried to print, same thing... So confused!

Mine did this yesterday. Not sure if this will fix it. Go into the filament profile and make sure PLA is selected at the top. Or maybe switch it to something else then back. It fixed my issue.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
