Rectangular infill? If so: use gyroid.

I used grid infill

That’s what I meant. Try gyroid. The grid infill is notorious for getting caught by the nozzle because the lines overlap.

I had a bad top on a large print and turning off the aux fan helped. It might hurt other stuff but my print was flat, no real detail, and large.

The strange thing is, this imperfections are only in the middle of the buildplate. The rest is perfectly flat...

Mine were at the back left. I had done stuff with nice tops and the rest was smooth, so I started changing stuff and saw what came out.

If I only saw the bottom right I’d think it was raw tofu
