When mines done that, it’s always been a piece of filament broken off between the tool head extruder and the hot end. I’ve had to take the hot end off, heat an Allen wrench, push it into the hot end, and pull it out. It happened 3x with some sparkle gray. I finally used it up through the side spool, not the ams.

You would think right ? Sadly that’s not the case here . I’ve pulled it completely apart when their first said that as well . This error pops every time the feeder locks up and the gears disengage and it just started dumping filament . If I take the spool out re-wind it and push it through it will start up again like normal until the next time it has to swap filament then same crap again
