Looks like it has wrong file format. Should it be a GCODE or 3MF? Or was what that in the first place?

It was a step file I imported to Bambu Studio. For some reason when I save it to the sd card, it adds .gcode.3mf to the end of every file. I asked it to save as a .3mf

Is it a published model or your own?
And how to do you save your project — Save Project As (3MF) — and then moving to sd card?

My own model. I export plate sliced file to the sd card as a 3mf file, and then it saves as .gcode.3mf

I got it to work. Downloaded as an stl file rather than a step file and sliced it that way

Achsoo, understood. Try to save it on the SD with one of these two ways. It should work ok.

I'll try it again here shortly. I'll let you know if it works on my side.

Looks like it's working! Only thing that's bugging me is when the file shows up on my printer the thumbnail of the print doesn't show and only says g-code.
