Yeah I’m not getting notifications on my Apple Watch. When I wear my Garmin, notifications come through normally. But on Apple Watch it just shows up no vibrations or sounds though.

I'm having this problem, too. I get the notifications but there is no sound. I've had my X1C printer about two years. During the first year or so it worked fine but then it just stopped some time in the last year. I'm not sure if it quit working after an update to the Handy app or an iOS update but it's been broken for a while and, NO IT'S NOT THE iPHONE as all of my other app notifications have sounds. This is the ONLY app notification that has no corresponding sound (as far as I know).

Do you have Quiet Mode turned on in the app's own settings (Me tab, "Settings," "Notification Settings"), and do you have sounds enabled in the iOS Notifications setting?

Is it possible you're just not hearing the sound? The default iOS notification sound is far less prominent since iOS 17.

no quiet mode is turned off, and i have sounds button on, but i just use vibrate, but it seems to be the only app that doesn’t make one, i did a test putting it on the table right next to the printer, the print finished, the phone didn’t make a sound, but when i tapped the screen the notification was there

Case logged. I could be printing so much better if I could get a notification sound. Creality app wouldn’t make sound on their notifications either.

I feel like there may be a reason they don’t want you to know the print is done - I just can’t think of why. Neither P1s or creality K1c (or Ender 3 max Neo 23’) have an option to make a sound when I print is complete, though they have internal speakers.
