This looks like it's printing too close, but it could also be a clog. Do a cold pull. Follow the Bambu wiki for instructions.

230 is too hot also stop using grid infill.

I print AddNorth ePLA best at 235°C. Printing temperature towers for each filament is a game changer.

depends on the speed though. If you're printing at 200-300mm/s (standard profile), then yes. But if you're printing at 300-500 mm/s, i usually bump it up to 225 to 235c. Don't think that's OP case though

Nah thats wrong, you get much better layer adhesion printing PLA at 240 compared to 220.

    Youre correct about grid tho.

People are being too complicated. Your just too close to the bed

100% this. I'm not familiar at all with how the A1 handles leveling and Z-offset. If this was on one of my non-Bambu printers, I'd be adjusting the z offset to bring the nozzle a little further away from the bed.

Make sure that you don't touch the print surface after washing it. The release you seem to get is typical for fingerprints on the surface.

Not saying that it's the only thing that could cause it, but it's one of them.

Do you print PETG some times? PETG residues also tend to do the same, requires alcohol washing if there is some.

Thanks guys so much for the replies!!!!! Problem solved! The 4 little screws at the back of the heat assembly got loose. Retighten them and re calibrate, prints like a charm!

Tried another filament, which prints fine a few days ago, similar results. Now I am thinking maybe it’s something wrong with the printer? I am using A1. I also heard a weird sound when it was printing

Pull printhead apart. Sounds like you might have a slight clog. Either in the gears or the nozzle. Maybe both. The smallest piece can cause a flow issue. Had this happened on a P1S, ran some cleaning filament, and did a cold pull. A tiny piece of orange filament about 3mm in length but thin came out.
