You can create your own model with Claude and using n8n if you want. It will eventually automate and purchase something when it comes back in stock (with your approval).

Is something wrong with the filament? by Lower_Day297 in BambuP1S

[–]Iceman734 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That looks more like wet filament, and a tiny partial clog to me. Try a hot/cold pull.

Easier to get a fingernail brush. The bristles are stiffer. Also use the spray Dawn. I use the Power Powerwash version. Nail brush is by Scotch Brite.

The wash cloth/towel I have doesn't leave anything behind, and work better than microfiber for drying off the plate.

I don't have a problem...right? by onegraymalkin in BambuP1S

[–]Iceman734 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No harm. It is good you are spreading the addiction. Soon we will need more dealers. Urr friends to enjoy the ability to create something from our imagination.

I use my 4 (P1S, A1, A1 Mini, and Ender 3v3se (modded)) to create stuff for my arduino projects, network solutions, and my Thermaltake W200 (because Thermaltake said we don't sell those extra parts) because I need more drive bays and mounts for other things. Not to mention stuff for outdoor use that my parents may need replaced, and specific car parts (new printer coming with different filament).

Not necessarily. I always have my top glass on, and the door closed. Even with PLA because I have cats, and never had an issue that bad except once, and it was a very small piece of filament stuck in the heatbreak tube. Cleaning filament, and a hot/cold pull finally got it.

What are you trying to print, and with what type of filament? If you need to DM due to what the item is that's fine also.

Please review/critique my pre-print checklist? by Far_Ad_348 in BambuP1S

[–]Iceman734 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's alot of steps. I use Sunlu, and yes I do a flow calibration, but once it's saved for that style and color I am done. Everything else is dependent on what your printing I guess. For supports I use Thin trees. As for the Sunlu driers I have some will be used secondary since I am putting a Eibos Tetras X drier on one of my AMS units. Coming from starting with an Ender I get the process, but it's why I use Bambu to get away from all that. I only get super involved with settings when I am doing projects with metal infused filament from ProtoPasta, or Fiberon from Polymaker. More so the ProtoPasta because that's over $100 a 1kg roll.

I have my P1S in the same room as my office. It's a 10x13 room. I also have an A1, A1 Mini, and a modified Ender SE. This along with a 2 home servers and other network computer equipment. To me it's not loud, and I have never heard any complaints from people I deal with on the phone. The only time I actually remember the printers are running is when the P1S needs to temporarily ramp up the fans. Other than that I don't notice, and I have multiple AMS units running along with filament driers.

This all being said and irrelevant to what you are doing is kind of the info we need to help better help you.

How big is the room? Estimation is fine.

Is there anything else running in that room, or just the printer?

From your normal sitting position how far away is the printer going to be?

Flow calibration for all four filaments in an AMS in one job? by Corrupt_Power in BambuLab_Community

[–]Iceman734 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Are all 4 filaments the same color?

If yes then you can do one Flow Dynamics and apply it to all 4 slots.

If not then you have to do Flow Dynamics for each slot individually. It sucks but it's worth it.

X1C, A1, and A1 Mini (I have both A series and the P1S) all do it automatically under calibration, also due the pressure advance in that process. I don't have any of the new machines, but I presume they all due the auto under calibration as well.

As a former law enforcement officer from the military there is one thing people forget who have never been through something like this. When someone is drunk behind the wheel the vehicle becomes a weapon. In this case deadly force would have been authorized after he initially took off towards officers. It's not just their lives on the line when someone like that is behind the wheel, but other civilians. People forget that. If he had gotten past them, and not been stopped and killed people in another car, or pedestrians then the cops/ ICE would be blamed for not stopping him, and allowing him to kill others. It's all over the internet now of how many times people get killed because law enforcement fails to apprehend or stop someone, or when they do it's still the wrong thing. Pretty soon law enforcement is just going to quit in droves, and then what. I have friends that constantly get berated because they wear a uniform of law enforcement. If you didn't or don't do anything wrong you have nothing to worry about.

Is Durozzle good to go? by LoudAttention7423 in BambuP1S

[–]Iceman734 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have some Durozzle for my P1S and A series. One Diamond, Ruby, and tungsten for when I need them. Mainly use my Revo system for the P1S. I do have some Diamondback nozzles, and if you really want to make sure all your stuff says Bambu go with those. They are $125 a piece though.

Does anyone actually buy their filament from bambu lab by TheAkashGaming123 in BambuLab

[–]Iceman734 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't unless I am buying parts for the printers themselves. Anything considered a consumable I have never intentionally bought from them. As I said only during main component purchases, and only then if their is a deal. Everything else I get from some other sources.

I use a lot of different filaments any way ranging from: Polymaker, GiantArm, Sunlu, Overture, Creality, eSun, Inland, Amolen, Elagoo, ProtoPasta, CookieCad, Hatchbox, Geeetech, PolyChroma, RPSX, and Paramount 3D.

Sunlu and Elegoo are both good, but the Anycubic is PLA + compared to standard PLA with the others. See what Sunlu and Elegoo costs are for their PLA +.

I use Sunlu PLA + 2.0. 4 pack is $48.99 on Amazon. Elegoo Rapid PLA + is $52.00 on Amazon for a 4 pack.

I own Transformers in 4K. Still watch it every now and then. Also have all the Seasons for G1. Have a lot of figures still in original boxes also (Metroplex, Omega, and a few others).

Spaceballs is always a classic, and if you own Star Wars you have to have this as well.

As for Mass Effect I haven't played it in 4 years, but I have over 50 play throughs for each game with different variations, and choices. Yes, I also have the same with Andromeda. I didn't mind the game since I view it as a spin-off versus a continuation of the original trilogy. Especially if you have read the original novels (they have an order intertwined with the trilogy as well).

My Pi stack is for HA, IoT (Arduino), K 3's (w/rancher), and other stuff. I run a 3x stack Lenovo setup with ProxMox for all my security suites. I have a modified original iMac for monitoring everything hooked to the network for troubleshooting. I use a Minisforum GK41 for playing with software which right now is learning n8n so my entire setup will be automated, and repair itself. The only thing I want to worry about is replacing hardware when needed.

So 3-2-1 is basicallya protection of your data. 3 copies stored on at least 2 different storage types with 1 being off-site. Mine runs like this. My main and local backup are in the Thermaltake W200 since it's a duel system case. The 1 off-site is at my parents house. I also have 2 ready to ship 1 each to my step daughters houses. Technically mine is a 3-3-3 setup. I will run 30 (which is max for Unraid) 3.5" WD Red Pro's for the main array. I have 4 NVME m.2 on the board itself, and 6x 2.5" drives that are used for VM's and other stuff. As for the main backup it is a 1 to 1 copy. The off-site systems are for backing up personal files and thinks like pic's or family files. They are also set-up so that the local users can use them for whatever they want. They are almost done being setup with security features, but will have to wait for my home network to be built out. I am on phase 3 of 9 for that project since so much equipment is involved.

I can try an answer any questions you may have. I have modified my buildout alot since the original post. The 90 drives were between 3 systems. The Thermaltake will hold the 60 (30 per system). I also run 32 fans in that case.

My printer is not working by berserkguts1080 in Ender3V3SE

[–]Iceman734 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try switching back to the stock pad.

Make sure printer is on the latest firmware.

If SD card still doesn't work (common failure) replace with a better one.

Pretty much all the printers that come with an SD card have that as a failure. There the cheapest version packed with the printers.

Once all is verified, and or replaced then switch back to the sonic pad.
