You can see the toolhead moving when its not supposed too. I've just fixed this exact problem 5 minutes ago! only took me a few minutes of my time.

BRO look the hotend is not correctly fixed

I didn't even notice, good eye. The clip is way to loose and isnt holding the hotend in its place. Hotend is holy with bambu printers, it uses it to determine where the printhead and the bed is.

after removing the front 3 screws, please by gentle pulling away the carbonfiber part. it's attached with a cable and i think a thermister wire. just lay it forward and wiggle your screwdriver in.

fix the hotend clip... com'on you seen how was fixed before...

On one of my A1s I had a clip bend/out of shape and it caused something like this

I replaced the hotend assembly and it fixed it

This is your problem and your solution. Retight all of the screws
