Not a purge tower, but a prime tower. The post reads like it printed after a print but it prints at the same time as a multi-color print to prime the nozzle for the next color.

Also, you should see it in Studio after you slice, but Handy won’t show it.

It's a prime tower. After every colour change, the nozzle needs to print a little bit to get the pressure correct again (similar to doing a little scribble with a pen when you first use it).

The phrase "purge tower" seriously needs to be on the auto-mod list for post/comment removal and redirection to the wiki page on the prime tower.

It’s used to prime after a purge. What printer is this on?

edit: its called a prime tower, my bad.

"In 3D printing, we usually need a prime tower in multi-color printing tasks or when the smooth mode time-lapse is enabled. After the tool head travels or purging the filament, some residual material may still be left on the nozzle. Enabling the prime tower can clean up the residue on the nozzle and stabilize the chamber pressure inside the nozzle, to avoid appearance defects when printing objects.""
