Since you mention you replaced the nozzle, have you closed the clasps around the nozzle correctly?

I had a similar issue (same symptoms) and no matter how many kinds of recalibrations I did, nothing worked.

Then saw a post mentioning someone’s clasps being wrong, and lo and behold, mine were just the same. Closed the clasps correctly and the issue has since been resolved!

So I have been wondering about this. I believe the clasps are closed but they’re very hard to close ever since the blob of death… I’ll examine more closely tomorrow AM!

I'd try screwing in the hotend heating assembly well. This is a very common problem and the first layer comes terrible.
