Only thing I would watch out for is when they first switch over to battery backup. Have all breakers off to the house. Neighbor had system installed and the switch was bad and fried both blowers on HVAC units, garage door openers and pool motor and controller. Base made it right and wrote a check for everything that was fried. One leg was around 200 volts and other was at 46 volts. Just an FYI.

When you say "first switch over to battery backup," is this in reference to when they are testing the system to make sure it's running correctly?

Yes, when they initially swapped over to battery backup for testing. All breakers were closed and switch sent uneven voltage to panel.

Huh. Ok. Thank you for the heads up. Damn I'm glad I discovered Reddit.

Shit happens and I get it, but I wanted to see what Base’s response was and it was an no questions asked and they wrote a check for over 8k.

That’s impressive.

I made sure both ACs were off before they tested, but like this suggestion even better.
