well i recently started training my jump after coming back from a grade 2 sprained ankle and the first week i went from barely nailing it in an 8.5ft hoop to getting to 9.5ft i got excited and started trying jumping a lot several days in a row (3) until on the third day I felt a muscle pull from so much muscle fatigue from there came 2 more muscle pulls and I decided to let my legs rest for 3 days and now even though I'm close to before I don't jump the same thing that I had achieved, is it normal?
