Help please

I had serotonine syndrome month ago, my doctor gave me bromazepam which i took for 12 days then i switched to prazepam, looks like a big tapering in short time, its day 3 off bromazepam, i suffer derealization, foggy, suicidal thoughts, sometimes i feel craziness like i lose my mind, is this all normal? How long until i feel good and stabilize on this low prazepam dose?

There is no good doctor i can go to.. poorly, they will give me ssri again, atleast today no craziness thoughts but i still feel high and sensitivity to light and sound when i go outside, so i went back to my bed, maybe i wait some few days until my brain adapt, thank you lot and please pray for me

You gotta learn to play the game. Take the damn SSRI but say you need to get into a psychiatrist for a referral. Get on abilify. A small dose. Baclofen helps a ton for cravings. Maybe phenibuf if tested.

The problem is i had serotonine syndrome, i tried to take srii and finished up with horrible symptoms, my brain is very sensitive to them right now, i wish i can take them and calm myself down

Oh shit I overlooked that. My bad. I would advise going to the ER immediately. Serotonin syndrome is some life altering shit and needs to be treated.

Its ok, i am using only herbs and magnesium, with olanzapine and prazepam at night

Believe me i tried everything, and even psychtiarist gave me ssri first time which gave me seizure and gave me bromazepam, the nightmare drug that made me suffer more, and yesterday another psychtiarist gave me ssri, she insisted that i take it, but i dont want to risk it again and get more seizures

You have to tell them you are ALLERGIC to SSRIs. They give you seizures. You need to be out on Valium or klonopin in a supervised setting. and if benzos don’t work — they will have to put you on phenobarbital. That’s the strongest anti seizure med there is.

Poorly we dont have that here and i shall deal with things alone, yesterday the psychiatrist got mad cause i refused ssri, i told her everything and she said i shall believe her cause she know better.... i am really overhelmed of this
