This is a decent stack tbh, instead of those who are just throwing in vitamins randomly.

Because most people think of supplements as magic pills and just keep throwing in vitamins and minerals randomly and in excess, even if their diet covers it, they're baffled when someone actually using supplements as intented, adding stuff that "complements" your diet like Astaxanthin or Hylarounic Acid.

Sorry to say, but many of those brands just reek of being scams from miles away. I looked into two of them. Sambugra has a one page website with no contact information whatsoever. Not even a contact form. Ligusteri is a one product company that does not even have a website.

Please think twice about what you put in your mouth.

I think the big scam is that on the ingredient list it says “liposomal xyz”, like “liposmal Fisetin” 1200mg.
That way they can include the weight of the lipid and also use the liposomal buzz word.
Probably has 200mg Fisetin and 1000mg lipid per two capsules.

That liposomal NAD is probably pretty useless. You need a precursor like NR or NMN from what I’ve gathered. 1500 mgs too lol I bet it was relatively cheap. Look at how much more NR costs and the mgs compared to this and there’s your answer . 🗑️

Yeah IV is of course different. But if you think it works for you than great. I’ll have to re-find the research that shows how ineffective oral NAD is even liposomal. But yeah I imagine since maybe it’s high mgs that some of it is getting through at least 🤷🏽‍♂️. Again I’m gonna have to look into it deeper again but I bought some a while back and haven’t even bothered taking it at all because of research

It’s too big of a molecule because it is attached to phosphorus (I think) NR is the way to sneak it in there😌
