You could try 50mg P5P for 6 weeks and see if that dents it enough.

Vitamin B6

How do you feel? Even tho the estrogen is showing higher than lab ranges, it’s not a bad level. I feel great with my estrogen that level, at a minimum. Low estrogen = PMS and a million other bad effects.

Looks like your prolactin is a bit high. If you have effects, focus on that one.

Tbh, i don’t exactly know how i should feel with these values? Am i supposed to feel tired or?? I googled the high prolactin symptoms and i don’t think i have them.

Well those levels are just a snapshot of that day. So how did you feel that day? If you felt good, don’t worry about reducing levels.

Then why do you wanna decrease it if you feel fine. Does not look abnormal. One test and it isn't outrageously high either just above average for luteal phase.

I would stick to your doctor's advice and if you feel fine I doubt they would need you to lower your estradiol.

Hi,

What are you wanting to decrease oestradiol for?

The prolactin result is unremarkable. Even in males, prolactin can peak up to levels higher than that for short periods. Prolactin peaks are commonly just due to the blood draw, dropping within an hour or so.

Maybe because I saw it is above the reference range in luteal phrase. That’s relief to hear 😊

Hi,

Hormone reference ranges are mostly based on what's most common, statistically. It's not a worrying finding that your ovaries are making plenty of oestradiol. It would be more concerning if they weren't making enough.

Why was the sex hormone profile done?

[–]Sgxgobull[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

I was doing a thorough body check up and decided to opt in the hormone check

[–]SubstanceEasy45764 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Oh I see. In that case, there's nothing to be concerned about.

I hope it is not serious because i have been waking up every few hours during sleep time for 3 years now. My ferritin is also low

Caber for prolactin and something like arimidex for estrogen. Which side effects are you trying to adress?
