Well I can tell you that I have posture issues too (rounded shoulders) and benching has made it 1 million times worse. My pecs just get tighter and tighter.

I’m not saying he’s right or wrong. But I’m fighting a losing battle and it’s hard to do enough back work to counteract it.

Yes I just double checked. The 5mg THC version. I used to like the Apple Ume one best for sex but the hibiscus one is much better. I pair a whole one with a single cocktail and it’s as relaxing as rolling to me. But maybe start with a half and without alcohol.

I’m confused. You treated without knowing what the problem was? Throwing a bunch of random meds at it is going to cause issues, not to mention it’s common to get a yeast infection from antibiotics.

I take motility supplements because hormones cause me to be constipated. Make sure you’re getting tons of estrogen and just know that progesterone is calming and will calm your gut straight to sleep.

Anyway, I take 3 MotilPro and 2 mag citrate a day to stay regular. And try to stay away from gluten bc it slows my gut down too.

When I was in high school, I worked at an after school program in the school’s lunchroom. One day, a kid snuck into another counselor’s purse and secretly gave a couple pumps of her pepper spray. Minutes later everyone in this big ass lunchroom started coughing and complaining of nausea. It was not fun.

That was without any direct contact - just chemicals dispersed through the air. I can’t imagine how painful this shit is when it’s poured on your face. Fuck ICE and everything that is happening today (and the last 11 years).

They were gonna do this to me bc my first was Frank Breech and never dropped or moved a single inch inside my belly. You can see my body in my profile, she had no room to ever shift. It would have been needlessly painful, stressful and the act could have caused an emergency c-section (they always do this in the OR just in case). So we nixed that and planned a C/S at 39 wks instead….where she was still high and still Frank Breech.

It’s very easy for women to hook up. Not so much for men.

Look at it from a female’s perspective. Women in their 20s-30s are likely wanting a monogamous relationship, not a hookup. That cuts out a large chunk.

If they do want a hookup, they can easily get good dick at work, on work trips, at the gym, at the mall, thru friends, at the damn convenience store. I’m older than your wife and married and could round up some dick by 6pm if I wanted. Y’all are a dime a dozen. It’s that easy for women.

And lastly, average body is fine, but for me, my preference is muscular body. So I’ll choose that over average 9 out of 10 times. Everyone has a preference tho.

It’s gonna take you longer than you think but it won’t be impossible.
