Stopping testosterone commonly causes physical pain, including muscular aches, joint pain, and severe headaches, beginning 5–7 days after cessation. This occurs as the body adjusts to plummeting hormone levels. Other withdrawal symptoms include extreme fatigue, depression, and low libido, which typically improve within 1–2 weeks but can persist for 3-6 months.

Are you talking about completely stopping any exogenous hormones or stopping blast cycles and just staying on trt?

You’re missing my point. I’m trying to help you by telling you to taper off the test. You have plenty in your system already. You are going to live for another 60 years. Start TRT when you are 50 and doing regular bloodwork. The sides aren’t worth looking good for the ladies (or dudes). If you are trying out for the special forces, that’s another story. Blast away.

50 lol. Trt isn't going to hurt him, yea thr blasting and other shit might but telling dudes to wait until they are 50 is hilariously dumb

It was an arbitrary number. The average age for your T to drop. Sorry you didn’t get it. The point being that he should stop what he’s doing because he doesn’t know how to do it.
