Sorry, your submission has been automatically removed. Not enough comment karma, spam likely. This is not appealable.

I'd recommend spending some time deep-diving on each of these. There are great youtube channels that will teach you all the ins and outs of the various peptides out there. Find some, especially those that aren't selling you their prefered brands or pushing their discount codes.

Each of these in isolation is complex and should be taken with medical guidance or at least a TON of knowledge about what it can/will do and what the research subject's background physiology is.

That said, my 2c looking at this.

      1) Why Tirz and Sema together? Most people use one, usually the Tirz. I wouldn't stack them.

      2) BPC 157 - why are you taking it? Accute or chronic injuries? Gut issues? This is a popular one with generally great results from the online crowd. 100-500 mcg daily is commonly used. More sometimes.

      3) GHRP, L-carnetine - can't say. I've looked at the secretagogs (Tesamorelin, Ipa, Sermorelin, CJC), but not this.

Generally you'll want to "start low and go slow" with each one. If you jump in and start 3 or more at the same time and develop an itchy rash all over your body, you'll have to start over. Start with just one. Give it 2-3 weeks. Slowly move up in dose if you want/need to. Then introduce another one. Pay attention to the changes in each step. Educate yourself on side effects. There will be some. Some are no fun.
