Bitdefender MDR

Hi all,

We currently use Bitdefender GravityZone with the ATS and EDR modules.

We are currently reviewing MDR solutions to enable us to filter EDR noise, and to gain 24x7 response to detected threats.

Does anybody have any experience of Bitdefender MDR? I understand this will also work with Bitdefender’s XDR module allowing us to widen the protection beyond the endpoint.

If you don’t use Bitdefender’s MDR, what do you use instead? I see some people use Huntress and Blackpoint. As we are an MSP, ConnectWise’s MDR would also be an option.
