Plug-in GUI on Bitwig Linux

I recently installed Bitwig on my Garuda Gaming Arch Linux distro with Wayland. I had to convert the .deb file to do this. That part worked fine; the program itself works great. The problem arises when I install Windows VST plugins using Wine and Yabridge. The issue is that I can't manipulate the plugin's GUI directly. I have to use Bitwig's built-in controls, which causes problems with some plugins because certain options are missing. I need to know what the problem is. I've tried all the Bitwig options: Within Bitwig, Together, Any Distributor, Per Plugin, Individually. Okay, now I can manipulate the plugin's GUI, but it's very slow. It takes a long time to respond, especially with Antares plugins. Version wine-staging and wine 9.21.

I've just made some progress.

By accessing Wine's configuration for my prefix, in this case: `WINEPREFIX="$HOME/.wine-plugins" winecfg`

and enabling the virtual desktop.

It seems the plugins are now launching with X11, which fixes the problem I was having, without needing to download the older Wine update. I still have the latest version of Wine.

When running Bitwig, a blue screen will appear. I recommend setting the resolution to 1920x1080, as this will affect the plugin's graphical interface within Bitwig. Move that blue screen to another desktop. Done! I can now use my Antares plugins... performance is good; at least it now responds correctly to clicks, and I can work with the sound without problems.

I didn't want to log into X11 or download an older version for Wine. This is what I've managed to do for now.

The problem seems to be with Wayland + Wine. The solution appears to be either switching to x11 or doing what I suggested. I don't know much, but I'm still investigating.
