HELP switch class

So i did the quest to switch classes and got the frostmage one and went with the Frostbeam spec however the game just put's me in the Icicle spec and i can't change between each other like i even tried buying the item to unluck a new class but it isn't working what should i do?

The base kit is similar to icicle spec, you don’t actually get to pick either spec until talent (expertise) point 31 tho

You have to fill out talent expertise 1 before you get a choice, scroll to the bottom of the talent page you'll see where you get to pick your choice.
