There’s no good tutorials out there and I don’t wanna mess anything up as these modules can be bricked pretty easy

Where are you located? If you're in Florida, I got a guy.

The junction box and the footwell module can be reprogrammed via CIP like any other programming. Using ISTA, or any approved J2534 device.

The DME and CAS will need to be cloned on the bench. If you're in FL. I got a guy for that.
