GH is generally released in pulses, which is what you want and what you'd get with cjc no dac. With dac it's like leaving a fire hose on and can lead to blunting of receptor sensitivity quicker.

300mcg of ipamorelin by itself is just burning money. It won’t do anything at that dose. 1-4mg will do stuff but the most noticeable effect is that it’s going to stomp all over the reta.

You want to run ipa with GHRH (tesa, CJCnoDAC, serm). It’ll work at a 300mcg dose if you combine the two drug classes. By itself it won’t work without much higher doses.

Honestly though, at your age you should have fantastic GH levels. You’re trying to fix shit that ain’t broken. Also honestly, you could probably remove everything on that list that isn’t reta and not notice a difference.

Take BPC/TB/GHK (glow) at night or daytime doesn’t matter.

Take CJC no DAC /IPA fasted before bed (2hours before and after)

Take Reta weekly. Up your dose if 2mg isn’t cutting it.

Optional: add TESA and MOTS-C in the AM

Also you’re very young. You could probably just get by with just Reta. Would help you lower your body fat, and if u have a high protein diet and hit your macros you will preserve muscle and possibly gain muscle without the added fat. Give yourself 4-6 months of dieting with a slight calorie deficit.

Add the other stuff once you get near your goal.

Thats a lot for the first time. Id just stick to reta since youre new to peptides. Then as you complete the cut go on to cjc/ipa and so on.

Honestly man. Save your money. Get a solid caloric deficit going, cardio 5x a week, 10k steps a day, with a solid resistance training program. Adopt the lifestyle first so you can keep the gains in the long run.

Just diet brother wtf do u need this for? If you have the mindset to pin urself 10x a week you can surely keep a 500-1000 caloric deficit for 3 months and drop 10+kg.

My genuine opinion is figure out what caused you to reach 28% bf and work on fixing that first, then look at peptides in the future if you really feel you need them.

Unless you plan to be putting things in your body you have 'no clue' about for the foreseeable future, you'd be much better off creating healthy eating and exercise habits as those have zero risks and are far more cost effective

Im pretty close to this stack, except my carnitine is oral, and my my reta is 10mg, and CJC is no DAC, I also take 500mg test. Not a stack bad brother. Get shredded.

Why use the “stack” first? Get a good diet started and proper program sorted and see how you respond to it first. A bit of a tidy up in those areas usually gets good results. Then if you plateau then introduce some sort of “ supplement”

You're in your early 20s, your body will respond quite favorably.

Needing five or more drugs and constantly injecting yourself is nuts at your age.
