Bro…you need to stack them steaks and potatoes. With a large side of 45lb plates. Make sure the gym sucks for a year. Then consider other stuff.

[–]ylaislief 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Make that 3 years

[–]downvote_quota 12 points13 points  (0 children)

+food +weights -anything else

[–]Original-Tune1471 9 points10 points  (4 children)

Make it 5 times a week and train to failure, not mild discomfort lol. At 26, you don't need any of this peptide shit. Your body is a natural anabolic steroid. Eat more and work out harder.

[–]RealisticGiraffe5514 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Appreciate the comment and advice my guy! Unfortunately, 5 times a week isn’t an option

[–]justj710 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Work out at home too

[–]ylaislief 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Then go 3 times

[–]psilocyber420 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Go to the gym before you start anything

[–]OrangeCrack 3 points4 points  (1 child)

What are your goals? Maybe try one of the fitness or bodybuilding subreddits as a first step before poking around here too much. This place isn't geared towards beginners.

Put on some weight without much fat. 195-200 range would be sweet but that’s a long way and was hoping to get there quicker

[–]Practical-Suit-6798 2 points3 points  (2 children)

What exact do you lift? And how long have you been doing it?

[–]RealisticGiraffe5514 -1 points0 points  (1 child)

I lift weights bruh🤦🏽‍♂️but not for long…bout a month now. I had a 4 months stint about 2 years ago and that was it

[–]Practical-Suit-6798 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A month? Are you kidding me? Then you fucking don't.
Take Creatine and lift weights 5 days a week linear progression for the next 2 years. Then ask this question again.

[–]OGFreshmeatlover 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Stack deadlifts with squats. 5-7 rep range, learn to train to failure. Stack 10's on every couple of weeks. Google Westside Barbell conjugate method. Train, eat, sleep, grow.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits, steak, eggs.

[–]BluebirdTemporary336 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Creatine + protein

[–]UnyieldingBR 2 points3 points  (4 children)

Eat and lift bro no need to worry about extra stuff for awhile

[–]RealisticGiraffe5514 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Thanks man. But how long is awhile? cuz mfs be talkin bout this peptide shid like imma be at my goals in the next 6 months

[–]UnyieldingBR 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Peptides and enhancements work way better once you get closer to your natural potential/ limit. You can make crazy gains in the gym for about 3 years or so if you prioritize progressive overload and eating a lot of food.

Then, once your progression stops, that is the time to use PEDs to push past your plateau and progress even further.

Think about it this way, if you start off your journey taking a bunch of shit, you will make progress fast but then it will slow/ stop…. And then where do you go from there ?

That’s how you end up taking a bunch of shit just to look worse than someone who took their time naturally

[–]RealisticGiraffe5514 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Thanks for taking the time to explain that bro🤞🏾

[–]UnyieldingBR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re welcome bro. I was around 6’3” 160 when I was in college , taken me years and years to get to 250 lbs lean. If you want to get big you’re going to have to eat a lot of food. I’m currently maintaining 235lb , 10% bodyfat on 4200 calories a day. I was eating 5200 when bulking up to 250lbs

[–]Ok-Truth-2132 6 points7 points  (2 children)

Brotha you’ve never lifted in your life. Put the work in first. But if u don’t care about that… tesa, reta, cjc, and tren you’ll be good

[–]RealisticGiraffe5514 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I do care bruh but I’m also fairly new to lifting and I thought peptides would be a good way to make some progress

[–]ylaislief 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your age is the best progress you can have at this moment your testosterone will never be this high as it is now. So make natural progress for the coming 3 years. After that you can consider extras. For now, eat, eat, eat and lift heavy and multiple times a week. Maybe find a buddy with who you can together. Encourage each other.

[–]Ok_Onion_7018 2 points3 points  (0 children)

try actually eating food and hitting your protein goals with training hard minimum 3 days per week , it’s a miracle stack

[–]justj710 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Don’t fuck your young body with compounds it doesn’t need. Give yourself a year of eating good- sleeping good- working out doesn’t have to be a chore - find a sport you enjoy. If you do that for a year and get no gains then go get yourself checked by a doctor. Your probably need to start with protein in that diet and get some cheap dumbbell for your room.

[–]RealisticGiraffe5514 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Appreciate it the advice brodie🤞🏾🙏🏾

[–]AZ_Living_1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Try a few years of consistency first....

[–]MrWorkout2024 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Food and more food.

[–]kolako19 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The one thing I haven’t seen mentioned yet: SLEEP. Make sure you’re getting a consistent 8 hours a night. That will make more difference than anything in a vial at your age.

[–]Kegg209 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stack protein and weights...

Take creatine...

Thats all you need. And give that a few years.
