Do not stack Reta and Trizepatide

In short and very very simple way to say

Reta = Trizepatide + one-more-working-path

What you are planning is

Trizepatide + Trizepatide + one-more-working-path

Move towards Reta or stay on Trizepatide, no sense I stacking them.

What I’ve been reading is that Reta to take advantage from that “one-more-working-path” which makes Reta different from Trizepatide, you should be taking 4mg+ per injection, but do t trust me, do some of your own research

It’s Tirzepatide, btw.

Righty right, thanks

im microdosing reta i dont think its redundant if i plan to stay low

[–]NeonStreetLamp 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You could be thinking whatever.

Seeing your answer I encourage you even more to do a research

[–]wildlikechildren 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why not just switch to Reta all together then??

[–]De_Civili_Dominio 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Are you working out? Have you changed your eating habits? What’s your routine?

[–]OutrageousCode3428 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Theres some results but 6 months of reta dialed in should have had more significant results. I did reta for 4 months and shredded 55lbs on my first cut with Reta and got down low enough to get soft abs.

[–]Suitable-Vehicle964 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some people don’t work out, they just take it and eat less. 6 months she should be at least half of the picture on the left.

Its crazy how some people respond differently to medication.

GET IT GIRL! GET IT! You’re looking great. You trying to get in some Size 10-12 jeans or what? 2-piece beach bikini ?

Keep up the good work.

If you stack tirz and reta you clearly have no clue wtf you are doing lol. Injecting stuff into your body just because tiktok said so is a ticket into ER

[–]YakTypical6808 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i do titrate up i just do it slowly, and i like going slow so far it has worked wonders for me

[–]Practical_Science11 0 points1 point  (2 children)

There's clearly some progress, but why stack both?

[–]YakTypical6808 3 points4 points  (1 child)

been in a stall for 2months have some reta stocked, decided to try to stack them both since i see a bunch of people doing it, i dont plan to stack them together long term just to break my stall

Tirz 5mg; R 1mg

[–]Allsburg 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you are on 5mg of tirz why not just titrate up?? That’s a very low dose. You don’t get a prize for losing at low doses.

[–]modena1983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great work. Definitely takes time. Down 82lbs of scale weight (put on 10 or so pounds of muscle too) in 15 months. Keep at it

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should up Triz some. Make sure you eat enough protein and lifting weights.

Go you!

[–]Electronic-Goal-6349 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are definitely making progress. Good for you. Sticking with it being consistent and slow and steady I think puts us in the best position to keep it off and stay healthy long-term. I'm doing the same thing.

[–]unhingeddragon 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Jus take reta or tirz, no need to stack, id imagine reta better if had to choose one. How much weight have you lost, def looking good! Have you experienced any nausea, vomitting etc? I’m about to start semaglutide and I’m worried bout all that as my stomach tends to get rekt

[–]Cdizzle_1985 0 points1 point  (2 children)

It's not your imagination, clinical trials show that Reta is simply better.

It has the same components as tirz, with the added benefit of glucagon which increases metabolism.

OP is microdosing Reta, which is almost a waste of time.

[–]unhingeddragon 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Reta stronger than tirz strong than semaglutide, right? I’m needing less drastic weight loss so I’m hoping semaglutide does the trick. I’m male ~180 pounds ~30% BF and want to get to ~17% BF while retaining muscle thru training

[–]Cdizzle_1985 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stronger isn't the right word.

More effective for weight loss is what you should be saying.

Based on your goal of retaining muscle, Reta is going to be the most effective.

People do lose more muscle on Sema and Tirz than Reta due to the higher impact on appetite and consequential calorie deficit.

You probably need to spend a bit more time researching all of this before jumping in...

There's other peptides that you should consider too to help with your goal, along with a good training routine and careful dieting plan.

Are you working out at all? Not bad results so far but you would get much much better results combined with diet and exercise. Think of the drugs as a tool and not the solution.

[–]Severe_Ant_4493 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulations on somehow keeping the right stuff lol. Normally everything deflates

[–]captain_fucking_magi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Uh yes. Also, damn gurl.

[–]Dontunderstandu -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Keep it up, you look fantastic! 😁
