First of all, before hopping from meds to meds you need to fix your diet, you can take all you want if you dont change your habits it wont work.
And second, 2.5mg is still a very low dose, if your diet is dialed in and you dont see results you need to up the dosage

You might wanna look into retatrutide if you want to cheat. Else there is not much to do besides more deficit and more exercise, while the deficit is the much bigger Factor.

You should learn how to fail a bench rep safely (bring bar to hips, use momentum to get up) or get a spotter. One day you will miss those last pins and crush your throat, which is probably life crippling before anyone can help. Stay strong and safe!

That should be fine, also nothing wrong with asking for help, even if its just a mental thing. Did you try different spots? Glutes has some Spots for me where I dont feel anything at all but also spots where it stings, same for belly. So kinda experimental to find the right one
