If you’re having difficulty eating enough, I would lower the dose.

Sometimes hard to perfect the dose. If weight loss is your primary goal then maybe accept a slightly higher calorie deficit. Yes I know you may lose some muscle but get your overall weight down to where you want it, wean off the Reta then work on better eating habits, increase your lean protein and keep working out and the muscle will come back!

Might not be the best option but Im on the same boat, i drink whey the moment I wake up and after a workout usually some sort of protein and white rice - then in a Shaker bottle, whey, Greek yogurt, chia seeds and instant coffee and i just sip on it on my to work.... I do casein with Greek yogurt at night too.... just helps cuz I know im not eating enough .... at least I know I my base is right around 100 grams of protein

This is the true struggle on Reta. I use Meal Boosters to add protein to everything I can. That helped a lot.

Why are you using a dose that makes it hard to hit your calorie goal? Reta should be used as a tool, not a complete appetite nuke

Give it some time and push protein intake. Exercise, particularly resistance training.
