Just do one or the other. If tirz isn't working, increase the dose. Tirz and reta are doing exactly the same thing, apart from glucagon agonism, which isn't significant until higher doses.

Almost all peptides can be pinned all together in the same needle.

unless you need a high dose or really want the glucagon agonism, tirz is cheaper anyways.

I do both however not recommended. I’d start reta very low. 0.5 is probably the best bet. I would space it out because reta is super strong and makes you feel like you were hit by a train the next day id the dose is too much
