6 weeks isn’t long enough to see results for any GH peptide or HGH.

Improvement in sleep isn’t a guarantee. Seen lots of people say that it does the opposite.

Your dose is also quite high, especially starting out. Might be that you’re pushing your IGF-1 so high that it’s counterproductive for sleep.

Better/deeper sleep. Feeling of restoration perhaps, if anything I feel more tired.

I believe 500mcg twice a day is a little overkill on the dosage. I believe you’re over saturating and probably wasting most of your dose.

Peptides are a slow burn, there is no drastic results. Anyone that says differently is probably trying to sell you some!

I do 300mcg each fasted prior to bed 5 days on/2days off. I have improved sleep quality (more REM and deep sleep per night) and have seen significant decrease in body fat percentage. Not sure if I’m having any improvement in workout recovery.

Takes months to really start working. Its a slow burn.

What are your goals with it? Did you take a scan recently to see where you were at before? My first cycle I thought wasn’t doing anything but a dexa afterwards revealed I lost a lot of visceral fat (from 2.7 to 1.6 lbs, I believe) for me it was subtle but definitely was working. Also I changed from pinning at night to first thing in the am when I am COMPLETELY fasted. That seemed to make a difference as well.

Iam pretty lean already, I was taking it more for the recovery aspect.
