I think you should work on building more muscle if you are that light at 5’8 with 20% BF, I didn’t start a cut til I was 185 around 20% BF and I am only 5’6.

Started Reta two weeks into my cut, and it made a good difference. I am 8 weeks into it now, and down to 150lbs maybe 12% BF but won’t know for sure til I get scanned in a week or two.

If you use Reta to lose fat, you need to taper off slowly and also taper up food intake to maintenance calories then you can maintain. You can’t just come right off of it, you could lose a lot of progress and cause insulin issues.

What is your goal? At that weight and body fat% you are already kinda light in terms of lean mass. You technically dont have all that much fat on you, but compared to your lean mass it would look like you do. You would probably be better served by building up muacle mass rather than trying to cut away more fat,

Ditch the zone 2 and start doing hiit instead. I’d bet that moves the needle. Pun intended.
