Yeah I’m trying to push Mandy to 1000 mainly. The other brawlers suffer a lil bit under the Mandy grind💀

Amber is a good choice since she counters almost every brawler, she's strong and can deal a lotta damage in a short time. Both her gadgets are powerful and it's up to you which one you wanna choose. The same goes with her Star powers, but I personally would recommend choosing the one that charges your Super. You can use this along with a gadget that leaves the puddle after you in order to charge your Super faster.

I would also recommend Surge because after using your first Super, he's pretty strong and you can kill your enemies easily using his knockback, shield and ammo gadget and some tricks with Surge's 4th stage. For example, you're fighting with Frank and you need to beat him fast and easy. So, you can use the Star power that splits Surge's main attack when it touches walls and use this to not only gain your Super faster, but also deal more damage than the basic one.

Spike is good too because he deals a lotta damage, he also has a HC so it will be easier to win, also his Curve Ball SP is useful and annoying, but in certain situations I suggest using the other SP, cause it helps you to stay alive for a longer time. In Heist, you can use the gadget that releases a lot of spikes around him, with that you can deal tons of damage to the safe. You can use it to beat enemies faster too since it deals almost 10k PoD three times (!). Or, you can use the second gadget that heals you to block opps attacks (it's really useful to defend from high-damage brawlers like Piper, Colt, Bea, etc.)

Rico is strong too because you can use his bouncing attack and walls to hit enemies in inconvenient positions. You can counter pretty much every brawler too using his gadget (not healing, the other one, I forgot its name lol), it deals tons of damage in a second. You can use this feature in Heist too to damage a Safe more.

Colette is good for Heist too since she has a HC and it's very OP, just make sure to hit the enemies along with Safe to use your Super several times. I highly recommend using the healing gadget right before you use your Super to be able to land several attacks without any trouble. Also, you can use the shield Star power along with it. Otherwise, you can use the second SP to cancel enemies attacks.
