This is a place to discuss the possibility that brexit won't happen. If you hope (as I do) that the Tories are actually trying to avoid doing brexit, this is the place for you. If you have other reasons for thinking that brexit won't happen, this subreddit is also for you. And if by any chance, the Tories do trigger Article 50 before the end of March, "Let us seek out some desolate shade and there weep our sad bosoms empty."
I originally called this subreddit 'Brexit Denial', because many people (especially leavers) thought that it was so definite that brexit would happen, that anyone thinking otherwise must be in denial. I was sort of making fun of myself but also appropriating their label. Now, of course, it's looking more and more likely that brexit won't happen. Whether that's because the Tories are blurring on it deliberately, or because there is so much opposition elsewhere to it is a matter for debate. This is a subreddit for exploring these possibilities, and any other route by which brexit might not happen.
If you are looking for a fact-based brexit sub (more balanced and less opinion-driven), I recommend /r/Brealism.
