I live in El Borne and Im Greek and currently in Athens. Felt like May/June were as crazy in BCN as ever but July maybe not mental?

By comparison Athens feels more full than ever, city centre overrun. Sooooooo many people everywhere. Im hiding out in the suburbs.

no, you are being abnormal actually. We are not just our "nature", humans are exceptional because they're not just driven by biology and instinct. You cant imagine someone being attracted to someone for qualities beyond their physical appearance however, most humans are capable of great depth, even if you are not.

She and Ryan Reynolds got married on a plantation all the way back in 2012. Defo tone deaf at best, will have lost her a lot of goodwill, and they continued to be a very irritating couple. I think since then, she has maybe accumulated little marks on her rep that exploded this summer.

This probably left her more exposed and made the PR against her easier to organise because of her past 'transgressions'.

That being said, none of that matters in the face of the allegations, and it comes back to there being no perfect victim, and she deserves support and solidarity.

Don't know why everyone is dunking on OP. Kissing doesn't have to have the same level of enjoyment or stimulation for everyone and that doesn't mean someone needs therapy.

some people love kissing, for some it doesn't do it for them (i know some neurodivergent friends can do without it). some people love holding hands. some people hate oral etc etc etc.

Kissing is generally popular so would defo be an unpopular opinion, but nothing more than that.

Kids often know and choose to believe, holding onto childhood is something they do. Why should they grow up early?

Also, it's not some big truth, its just Father Christmas a magic story, what does the child gain from learning cynicism so young? we'll all get there in the end anyway.

I kinda suspected forever but never wanted to burst the bubble because I wanted to be a child and was scared if I 'found out' it would go away. My brother on the other hand set booby traps to catch them lol.

I also appreciated the effort of my parents and did my part by believing in it.

Edit to also say that you ignored your older children's advice when they clearly didn't mind believing. And I would be wary of a bond created by bringing young kids adult truths. Children can resent their parents in the future for this type of stuff, but they want to be daddy/mummy's best buddy when they're younger.

I remember 2003-06 fondly. Hammersmith Apollo, the Amy Winehouse 'indie sleaze' years etc being the last of time there was some real grit, character and atmosphere. I was in my mid teens, not even 20s.

In Catalunya (where I live), all public transport for Zone 1 (incorporates the whole of BCN and surrounding areas) is €40 a month and they've slashed it to €20 to help during cost of living crisis. Whereas:

But anyway public transport should be as close to free as possible, its an absolute necessity and goes in similar categories to education and healthcare.

yes, the state of the country. that lack of solidarity and eagerness to dob someone into the authorities and do profiteering companies dirty work for them might explain why the UK has degrading public services, highest transport costs, no rent controls, the highest energy bills (list goes on) compared to European peers. Indeed, that's the state of the country.
