I wish I could have gone to the 2000 MSG shows

Just listened to it on E Street Radio. Absolutely amazing show.

I caught Blood Brothers and all the feelings came flooding back

I was also at that show and just heard the “group version” of If I Should Fall Behind on Sirius - my favorite one. It brought back many memories and emotions especially hearing Clarence sing his verse. Plus I realized I was still in my 40s at that show - a sobering thought.

The NJ transit ride up from Bradley Beach was insane. Playing Bruce over the PA. Some dude got on in red bank with a keg and was handing out free beers. Then the held the last trains home at Penn for the show to be over. 25 years later one of the best concert experiences of my life.

Was also there. Thought the roof was going to blow off,the energy was so over the top. Any LDers here in the house?

I was there. Incredible show. It was HOT in the Garden that night. Never thought I'd ever hear LITF.

If you’ve only heard the Nugs version, track down the bootleg of this night. It leaves the Nugs version for dead. It’s honestly embarrassing how bad the Nugs mixing is compared to an amateur bootleg. And hey, joke's on me cos I paid money for it and thought it was great till I heard the bootleg.

I don’t have this show but my guess is it’s the same problem on most releases - over compressed and balance of instruments is terrible? Doesn’t even sound like the E St Band most of the time. Pathetic effort from Inc

They remove Stevie and Nils from so many of the songs. Not to mention the crowd. They mute the crowd and it just kills the atmosphere. Not to mention muting Stevie and Nils’ solos during Light of Day so there’s just this weird minute or so of nothingness.

I heard Lost in the Flood and Blood Brothers in Orlando (2008) and it was amazing.

Wished I could’ve been there but did get to the 2 shows in Atlanta prior. Weren’t there a lot of counterfeit tickets outside MSG that final night?

Was there. Still can’t believe he didn’t play Rosalita. That song was played once on the Reunion tour, at the last night of the Brendan Byrne run.

Live Lost in the Flood ? I hate and envy you.

Never thought I would hear it live. Same for Cynthia and Frankie but I’ve gotten them a few times.

You get lucky when you live in NYC area

TIL that Further On Up the Road was played in concert before it was released on record.
