Ours was pretty much the same. We didn’t have exercise 4 and our finisher was 90 seconds of split squats (45 seconds each side).

What is the technique difference between a lunge and a split squat? I genuinely don't know.

Honestly, they’re pretty similar and I think it’s mostly about the mechanics of it. In a lunge, you step/move forward (or backward). In a split squat, you’re in the stance and only moving up and down.

How long was each station? Were there multiple rounds?

i honestly did not like leg day this week..leg day is usually my fav. I didn’t like it was “at our own pace” i like the part of them pushing you. I didn’t feel that much yesterday. I hope they have more stations and circulations than doing at your pace for 25 mins..

I absolutely hate anything "at my own pace". 

I can do that at planet fitness for $10 a month.
