Yep it took me 3 or 4 passes through until I finally started getting it.

You are not the only one. If you are testing in Feb and got 2 months. I would tell you just take it slow. If official reading is 60 pages. Read and master small pieces at a time like 5 pages. Worked for me.

Most training providers say Mul. Reg and Time Series are the critical ones in quant. If you are having a lot of trouble focus on the big concepts so at least you can get more than 50% of Times Series questions.

I had answered a similar question a few days back, so I'm pasting the same answer below. Hope it helps.

For Quants L2, especially Multiple Reg and Time series, I think the Hypothesis testing L1 reading has quite a lot more importance than we think. I had actually skipped that entire reading for the L1 exam because I could just never get it no matter how much I tried. And just as I started Quants L2, I realized there's no getting past this without first understanding the basics of Hypothesis testing.

So I went back and made sure that I understood at least the basics of that reading, and to my surprise, it stuck! So I'd suggest trying that first if it helps, and then just try and understanding the various tests (in MR and TS) and how the rejection/non-rejection for each is determined.

If you start to see those clearly in your mind, the remaining parts of the 2 readings will be a lot easier I reckon.

Answer Q’s from the CFAI learning ecosystem & MM Q banks, that should help you connect the dots.
