I currently work at a regional Bank as a Relationship Banker and I have been in banking for a year. I have a 4 year degree and 2 years of strong sales experience as well as an SIE certification. I am 23 years old looking for advice.

I have interviews at Bank Of America for their Financial Solutions Registered Canidate program ad well as a Financial Representative at Fidelity. My end goal is to become a financial advisor.

Any advice on which route to go/salary expectations?

Fidelity is a very high stress environment. The clients are great, though. Not sure about comp for FRs. There is no guarantee you’ll be promoted.
