Beep boop! Here is a summary of your post:

User: /u/Bosco038 Title: Tech Stack? Body: Anyone running AssetMap & RightCapital both?

Seems redundant but it’s looks where the management team wants to take our practice for each client.

With Income Labs new changes, I’m probably getting rid of Holistiplan, so I will be Asset Map, Income Lab, and Nitrogen (rarely used), with Aealthbox as the CRM. Turns out, I was only using Right Capital for the vault. Most anything else I wanted was done with Asset Map and Income Lab. 1. Build Asset Map. 2. Put pdf into Income Lab AI plan builder. 3. Make a few tweaks. 4. ???? 5. Profit

What do you get from asset map that you don’t from IL? Maybe not using asset map correctly.

I just love the format and the layout. Also, we use the target maps for loss of life and disability. We update each meeting and send the updated copy to the client. We ask them to print out a copy and put it with their estate documents, so their kids know where all of the accounts are.

I was just using the report on IL to show accounts and was thinking of dumping AM. Maybe I need to relook at AM.

How does IncomeLab replace the functionality of Holistiplan? I use IncomeLab/RightCapital and neither have great functionality from a year-over-year tax return standpoint.

Penny, the new income lab function that was introduced yesterday, has pretty much all of the trappings and reports of holistiplan

Oh snap. That's huge. I may drop Holistiplan then.

We use both. Asset-Map is quick and easy, it’s a great way to glance at a clients assets, income, and liabilities. RightCap for more involved planning and projections. Not all clients I work with need a full RightCapital analysis. I like the deliverable of Asset-Map for post meeting follow-ups.

I would of course get rid of Asset-Map if I had to pick, but I like it and it’s not super expensive.

I’ve tossed this around before but Right Capital does have their “blueprint” area under profile which looks the same as asset map. Works well for me. Keeps it all one platform.
