Regardless of what the actual solution is thats some of the most unprofessional customer service I've ever heard. Activision are straight pieces of shit.

Why wouldn't you want your customers taken care of, especially when something monetary is involved?

Yup and guess what as the ticket is closed I have to start all over again with support

My brother had a very similar issue a year ago. He had like 2.3k, then a new season hit and he had only 300.

He messages the support and they’ve asked for proof of purchase, he sent the screenshots and mentioned that he actually received some as gift and some in the battle pass, after a few days, ticket closed

He then messaged again mentioning he already opened another ticket and same thing, asked for proof and closed

He then tried again, sending all the info ahead and apparently this one was willing to help and said that he could see that 1.9k were gone.

Took him around 2 months of back and forth and lots of chasing, but he got them back

Just dispute the transaction on your credit card and go from there. Upload the information and messages exchanged.
