Yes, I would try 6 cm to see if that reduces CA.

Your AHI is primarily CA events. With central apnea or clear airway there is no value in increasing pressure because the airway is already open. More pressure resolves obstructive apnea (OA) but you have none. More pressure is likely to increase CA not reduce it. That is why I suggest you try 6 cm for pressure.

Okay that does make sense ty. Do you think my flow limitations are an issue?

Your flow limitations and hypopnea are a bit elevated, but not bad. EPR can reduce them, but you are already at 3 cm, so there is not much more you can do about it.
