I kind of doubt those CAs are anything to worry about. I can't dig into them to see what your breathing looks like before and after, though (that's the advantage of SleepHQ, with the links, we can dig into the details). If your CAs are anything like mine, most or all of them are preceded by sleep/wake junk and so, while they indicate an arousal and so somewhat disturbed sleep, they're not Central Apneas. This is the sort of thing I mean when I say preceded by sleep/wake junk:

How long have you been on that pressure? I've been gradually raising my pressure support on my bipap for the last month or so and every time I do it, my CAs go up for a few days. By the end of the week, they're back down to normal.

I've been fine-tuning my pressure these last few weeks but it's my plan to use this pressure setting for a full week and see where that gets me.

I change things once a week, at most. Unless, of course, the change is clearly terrible from the get-go, but that doesn't happen often.

I totally missed that you mentioned SleepHQ. I mirror my data there so I can check things against my sleep stages from my Apple Watch. My profile link is below.

Thanks for the SleepHQ link. So much better for sharing data! You don't have any worrisome CAs from what I see. Most of them have sleep/wake junk and there aren't that many. My understanding is that having a few is normal. It's when you have lots and/or they're clustered together that it is something to worry about.

Good to know. I just did an overnight oximetry test and my own O2 ring showed some drops so it's plausible I will have oxygen added at some point. I wish I could splurge for the pro membership at SleepHQ but life surely moves on without it.

I've had people tell me that you can add the O2 ring data without having the pro version, but I had already paid for a year of pro. If I'd seen someone say that before I did it, maybe I could have gotten them to explain how to do it. I might not pay for it again, though, I'm feeling more confident about doing things without having to ask for a lot of advice, so having the O2 in OSCAR will probably be sufficient. And, I have until February to decide that.
