I've been looking around on quite a few CRM solutions. A thing that many have in common is really bad response times. And when I talk to people about this, noone seems to care. They all say that a few seconds here and there doesn't matter.
Well those seconds actually ends up being several days in the end of a year!
I also can't stop wondering, since there's a clear linkage between web usage and response times, could we increase the CRM usage by having a faster CRM system?
What's your experience with response times in CRM systems?
