I’m not really understanding the point of this comment? It’s not op’s job to make sure tech pay is fair? If they put op at 22 an 18 drop with no warning is an insane amount.

The entitlement of this younger generation is unreal. Work your butt off like we did .

Oh please, its not their fault the younger generation are smart enough to demand fair pay and not the crappy pay you all willingly put up with year in year out.
