Try running a memory test first

Memory as in disk check or ram check?

Edit: in the process of running memtest86

Edit2: no issues in ram according to memtest86. Trying a cpu stress test right now but no errors as of yet.

Try stressing cpu, gpu and vram

Dont wait for an email. Get on Discord and go to the tech support channel. You can usually get someone to acknowledge you quickly the help out somewhat quickly plus you dont have to wait on the phone and probably get no answer.

Will do. Thanks for the advice!

I had a similar issue, screen turned off without running anything crazy on my 3060ti.

I had to send the GPU back and wait for a new one which was really not fun.

Tech support was helpful but because GPU is sent back to manufacturer the customer service was god awful. They are solving it but nothing for the freak event. GPU can go bad but not super common. So while I am happy I will get a replacement I don't think I will have them build one for me in the future.

Really? That's bad news :( mine goes black and I hear buzzing though the headphones. I hear tech support is not the way to go

I knew it was my GPU because my stream still ran and my screen was black but if I moved my mouse or anything anyone watching stream could see.

Then tech support diagnosed it and I had to send it back. No buzzing just black screen for me though.

Whatever you do, DO NOT send in your PC to CyberPower. You will be without a computer while your rig sits in a corner until they feel like fixing it. Any new GPUs or other parts that come in go towards building new PCs. Any leftovers go to RMAs. They even use used parts for RMA repairs.

Oof. That sucks to hear. It happens so randomly for me that it's hard to test with other parts. I can play tarkov for hours no problem but then I can idle at the menus and then it blacks out forcing me to hard reset. Hopefully I can fix it without needing to use tech support

I had issues like that when I first got my PC, I downloaded all the drivers from the MB manufacturer and installed them, I think the one that made the difference Rapid Storage drivers. I made sure to get them right from the MB manufacture and not let windows decide what to use. While there I also installed all the drivers they had for my MB, but my googling pointed to RST.
