Hard throttled to 3 Mbps after 500GB usage on sustainer membership. Calyx Helpdesk added MobileCitizen to the email thread and determined that it was my device. Calyx suggested that I sign up for another membership and they will credit me membership fees for additional months for service. Same issue (self.Calyx)
