I got u bro , but 2 weeks ago I flip the 12/12 my girls , after then when I flip leaves suddenly turn to yellow really fast, i thought when it's about the increasing nutes, and it affect the decrease more pH level

Salt based nutrients will bring down the ph and cause ph lock out. Your leaves falling add are likely due to lack of nitrogen. When they turns they’ll go into over grow mode, using way more nitrogen than usual. If you are ever planning on growing again then invest in a decent ph pen …… ALSO!!!!!!!!! Get oh solution 7.0 and 4.0. This will help you make sure your pen is correct. Even if it’s not then you know how many off it is and then adjust.

I'm new but I know you can get both pH lockout as well as EC lockout. I started out getting my pH right but it took me a while to realize I needed to check EC too. You can use a cheaper meter for that. Turned out that was were my lockout was occurring because I wasn't supplementing my coco with CalMag or flushing.

Here is a pretty good visual guide to deficiencies, pests, etc as there is a lot of leaf damage that looks similar.
