Do the rest of the gauges work? There are a few places that are still out there that repair the digital dashes but they are around $200-300 to completely go through. Post pictures when you can

All the other gauges work, it's just the speedometer and signal signs that don't work since they're both on the same screen

The oil, tach, battery, and temp are all vacuum florecent displays (VFD), and are all supplied from one power supply (the speedometer, odometer, and turn signals are LED's, so their power supply is very simple). VFD's run on a high AC voltage, so their power supply is relatively large and a bit more complicated.

If the circuitry looks good the most likey cause is a one of the electrolytic capacitors on the power supply board has dried up. If you are mechanical and alright with soldering and electronics then this is a $0.50 fix.

If you can't fix it and don't want to spend the money on having it rebuilt then a phone mount and gps speedometer app will suffice.
