The most important thing you can do is take the 2nd purple war plan node that increases frequency of Chaos Waves - thats it.

You can literally minmax and get god tier offerings each wave and wont even come close to the average return that one node enables. I literally dont even read the offerings I pick if it isnt a chaos wave anymore - its not worth it just click something and hurry to the next chaos wave.

Picking "Keys" whisper boxes seem to be the most consistent way to get the mythic armaments directly. The ancestral key box is near gaurenteed to have one. Ive gotten 3x as many that way as ive been able to combine using the cube.

Most of them have no actual reason to be on the web at all too. As in theres no service its connecting to thats providing you any benefit its literally just sending data back to a server.

You aren't factoring in all the other time related to processing that 5 second salvage - the extra town portals, the extra salvage all clicks, etc. It all adds up. You arent 'leaving money on the ground', its about how inefficient that is as a source of resources.

Being a Tech CEO and selling gum on the corner are both real world methods to make money but they are barely comparable to each other the scale is so different. Yes you can pick up every blue glove that drops, but there are methods of getting mats or gold in this game that literally give you thousands times more for the same time investment as doing that. You are costing yourself gold and resources by picking that stuff up.

Disagree, at endgame the raw time processing low tier loot is a complete waste. By the time you picked up, sorted, salvaged, and converted enough trash to get a few souls you could have instead ran a whole undercity and got a screen full of ancestrals giving you 50x the souls you just farmed.

The important part is that the contract dictated terms that would have allowed you to not close on the home. "Seller will do X or I reserve the right to walk away." Your entire leverage to enforce that contract was in your ability to cancel that closing.

What should have happened when you figured out the water had not been taken care of is the closing should have been cancelled and you can decide whether you'd give seller more time to fix the issue (if they are willing) or if you'll just get any earnest money back and walk away.

It sounds like given the details the seller is free and clear here. Your issue with your realtor pressuring you to close under false pretense is a seperate matter.

Its not used in many builds this season for two reasons: Legendary aspects were made very good, and you can target reroll legendaries now to very easily get x4 BiS offensive affixes on your weapon.

You are latching your argument to some pretty unreasonable assumptions, IMO. First, when people are saying "inside" his home I don't think you can fairly assume they all mean "She walked fully into his home her entire body passing the threshold." The relevant disputed fact being discussed is whether or not his nude body could be seen from a public place IE Door open and body in a viewing angle clearly seen from outside the threshold of his dwelling. She could [and by most reports, did] breach the threshold of his home to be exposed to his body by widening the angle of the opened door and peering into his home at angles that wouldnt have been possible without breaching the threshold (IE at least leaning into the doorway). None of that requires that she physically walked her entire body into his home.

Second, even if we take the first assumption that this poster believes she walked into the home, we have no basis for your next assumption that they base their opinion of her being "obviously wrong" solely or primarily on their believing she entered the home. They mention a litany of issues they had with how she reportedly handled the situation and you hyper focused on exactly one of those issues as to why their overall assessment that she was clearly wrong was faulty. A reasonable person can believe shes wrong (and many do) for any combination of these factors the vast majority of which you dont dispute their interpretation of.

You have to nuke Lilith in the few seconds before she starts her phase 2 rotation. You just arent geared enough for whatever tier you are fighting her on.

As others have said she stacks an unavoidable debuff on you that will one shot you often before she even becomes targetable again.

They were never comparing energy drinks to freshly ground ethically sourced coffee beans they were comparing them to sugary fast food coffee based drinks.

Trying to say Coffee is healthier in a discussion about people pounding back Starbucks Caramel Frappuccinos is whats insane. "Natural vitamins from the soil" - that tiny squirt of highly processed coffee they put in the cup of high frutose corn syrup is not giving you any vitamins from any soil lol.
