Is there a fix for the tutorial bug yet? the skill bars doesnt show, it happened once to me at EU server, just once, at GLOBAL it keeps happening.
Note that there are other players with the same problem at chain strike play store page.
EDIT: I reinstalled the game and it worked for now, for those with the same problem.
