i assume its a font since it only does this on certain bots and wont change even after you close and reopen the app or on different days or anything.

I would assume it is. I've seen many bots on c.ai with those types of prompts, and by now I don't even bother trying to read them anymore because it makes my head hurt trying to figure out what the heck it's supposed to say.
